Our journey began with a passion for healing, and we soon realized that food was often the missing piece. Too many people rely on imbalanced, poor-quality food that directly impacts their well-being.
With a background in Biology and agriculture, and as a lifelong healer and Chinese Medicine Practitioner with extensive knowledge of nutrition, our founder brings together science, health, and holistic wisdom to shape everything we do.
As a family-owned business, healthy eating should be the right and easy thing; this is not a privilege. Our mission is to make the best, freshest produce accessible at fair prices, with a focus on quality for everyone. One of our guiding pillars is to be kind and conscious in everything we do. Caring about our beautiful planet and all the amazing human beings in it is a big part of it. This is why we work alongside adults with disabilities, who help us prepare the crates, and why we donate any unsold produce the very same day to local families and organizations. We operate without warehouses or cold storage, ensuring that everything delivered is as fresh as possible.

From sourcing locally, to using reusable wooden crates made from reclaimed wood, to running a near-zero-waste model - we are committed to caring for both people and the planet. We help you reduce food waste while ensuring you have everything you need for the week. Your delivery always includes essential staples like onions, sweet potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, apples, and bananas. The rest is hand-picked daily at the market for peak quality and freshness. We prioritize local, field-grown produce whenever possible. Our generous selection of fruits and vegetables is designed to keep your kitchen stocked for most days, offering a wide variety from hearty staples to crisp greens.
A $15 deposit is required for the reusable wooden crate. You're making a huge difference by choosing this option, which significantly reduces packaging waste.
